Welcome to PriveTime. By registering an account or accessing our scheduling services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and PriveTime. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Description of Service

PriveTime provides a restrictive-by-default scheduling platform designed to govern calendar access. The service allows providers to create access groups, establish scheduling policies, and authorize specific members to request bookings. You agree that the service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
  • Transmit any spam, unsolicited emails, or promotional material to members.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security features or integrity of the platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the platform's codebase.

5. Payments and Billing

Some features of PriveTime are paid subscription services. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of the dashboard, and access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PriveTime, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

PriveTime reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
